I've come to understand that observing, listening, and asking questions is the best way to learn from the best. It allows me to absorb experiences and then internalize them.
My interest in management began at a young age. In my early jobs, I was fascinated by how projects took shape through planning and communication. I understood that sharing experience not only improves processes but also helps teams grow together.
In addition to my technical studies, I have always been self-taught.
I continue to acquire knowledge through this approach, growing with the conviction that true learning is not only about knowing, but about understanding how to acquire it — and, above all, how to apply it.
